Responsibilities:
- Product Concept Design: Lead the conceptualization of new products, defining core functionalities, creating detailed product specifications, and developing technical roadmaps.
- Product Development and Implementation: Guide and participate in hardware design, including component selection and circuit debugging, as well as software programming and overall integration. Ensure the product development process aligns seamlessly with project timelines, budgets, and technical specifications.
- Testing and Validation: Develop comprehensive testing plans to evaluate product performance against established metrics. Analyze test results, identify areas for improvement, and optimize product design accordingly.
- Documentation and Training: Prepare high-quality technical documentation, including product value propositions, user manuals, installation guides, and maintenance instructions. Deliver training courses to both internal staff and customers on product features and usage.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree or above in Measurement and Control Technology, Precision Instruments, Electronics, Engineering, or related fields. PhD preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong theoretical knowledge in sensor technology, signal processing, and control systems. Proficiency in electronic circuit design and debugging, with the ability to independently complete the design and debugging of complex circuits.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and quickly find effective solutions.
- Teamwork: Collaborative mindset and team player, willing to share knowledge and receptive to the opinions of others and feedback.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (verbal and written) without barriers, with the ability to read and understand technical literature and documentation, as well as engage in international business communication as needed.
